6 Month Live Your Yoga Transformation

March – September 2024

The foundation of this 6-month online and hybrid program is in the wisdom of yoga philosophy, specifically the Yamas and Niyamas. The Yamas and Niyamas are the first two steps in the 8 steps of the yogic path, and they describe ethical principles and practices that provide a foundation for living, both with regard to yourself and the world around you.

Over the course of this program, we will delve deep into each of these ten principles, spending two weeks exploring and integrating each one into your life. You will also receive support to develop a meditation practice as well as healthy habits that allow you to create your next level life.

Join us in this transformative experience as we delve into the rich teachings of yoga, embracing the guiding principles of Yamas and Niyamas. Over the course of six months, you will have the opportunity to unlock your true potential, cultivating a deeper connection between mind, body, and spirit.   • Ahimsa (Non-Harming): Embrace kindness and compassion towards all beings, beginning with yourself.

  • Asteya (Non-Stealing): Cultivate respect for time, energy, and boundaries.
  • Brahmacharya (Energy Containment): Wield your creative energy mindfully.
  • Aparigraha (Non-Attachment): Release grasping and become free.


  • Saucha (Purity): Treat your body, your home, and the earth like a sacred temple.
  • Santosha (Contentment): Practice returning to equanimity regardless of the situation and stimuli.
  • Tapas (Discipline): Embrace self-discipline to create change.
  • Svadhyaya (Self-Study): Continually synthesize what you learn about yourself to elevate your awareness.
  • Ishvara Pranidhana (Devotion): Surrender to a higher purpose and trust the flow of life.

Core Tenets of the Program

  • Applied Yoga Philosophy: You will be led through insightful and engaging lessons, delving into each Yama and Niyama, and illuminating their practical application in modern life. You’ll learn how to align your thoughts, actions, and intentions with these timeless principles, fostering inner harmony and peace.
  • Meditation: Meditation is a core aspect of our program. However you choose to meditate, you’ll develop a deeper connection with yourself and gain the tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater equanimity. You’ll also experience the magic of chanting, connecting with the ancient tradition of using mantra to quiet the mind and open the heart. Whether you choose to learn the verse for each Yama and Niyama or simply listen and breathe, the power of sound and vibration will harmonize your being, enriching your transformative journey.
  • Spiritual Community: You won’t be on this journey alone. Our supportive community of fellow participants will be there to uplift and inspire you throughout the program. Together, we’ll explore and share our insights, creating a space for meaningful connections and personal growth.
  • Healthy Habits: Through individual and group coaching, we focus on building healthy habits that serve as the bedrock of your well-being. Drawing inspiration and support from yoga philosophy, you will get to work on the things that are most important to live your most vibrant and inspired life.

    What You Get

    A 6 month transformational experience delivered via Zoom and Whatsapp–participate from anywhere! There is also the option to join in person in Jersey City for select events.

    (2) morning meditations per week, delivered via zoom with the option to join once a week in person in Jersey City

    A sacred chant for each week of the program and the option to practice Sanskrit pronunciation

    A “magic journal” for support and accountability–Google doc with weekly feedback from me

    (2) two hour workshops delivered at the beginning of the program and a culminating experience at the end of the program. Option to join online or in person in Jersey City, NJ

    A community of like minded seekers looking to take their lives to the next level

    Ongoing prompts, accountability, and community connection through Whatsapp

    Bonus events for the New and Full Moon

    2-3 hours per week of content, available live or via replay.

    A small group environment of 6-16 other participants to go deep with

    (3) one hour one-on-one coaching sessions with me, delivered at the beginning, middle and end of the program, with the option to add weekly or monthly coaching

    Weekly Commitment

    • 1-2 hours of “required” class time
    • 1 hour of “optional” class time
    • A daily/consistent practice of meditation and self care based on your unique situation and goals (amount of time determined by you)
    • A weekly check-in with your buddy
    • 1+ hours to work on homework and practices based on the theme
